To insert a jump menu in your document, use the Jump Menu
form object.
1.
Open a document, and then place the insertion point in
the document window.
2.
Choose Insert > Form Object > Jump menu.
Select the Form tab in the Insert
bar, and then click the Jump Menu button.
The Insert Jump Menu dialog box
appears.
3.
Complete the dialog box.
4.
Click OK.
To edit a jump menu item using the property inspector:
1.
Choose window > Properties to open the Property
inspector, if it isn’t open.
2.
In the Document window’s Design view, click the jump
menu object to select it.
The list/Menu icon appears in the
Property inspector.
3.
In the Property inspector, click the List Values
button.
The list Values dialog box
appears.
4. Make changes to the menu items as
necessary, and then click OK.
