After Furnished downloading the file and see at below how to customize in to your blogger?
1. Go to File Location and find name as NewsTemplate by Online Guru (PokharaViews.com
2. Extract the file Zip or unzip
3. Now should be find .XML file inside folder.
4. Now go to your blogger account and upload the templates
Warning: Don't forget to backup your old template before install new template.

6.Now find this name inside the XML Code and change value
