This
option is used to change/control the reaction of keystroke(character
repeat-repeat delay and repeat rate) and adjusting cursor-blinking rate.
1. Give double click on keyboard icon inside the Control Panel. Then, the Keyboard properties dialog box with sped and Language folder will
appear.
2. Choose Speed Folder.
3. Then adjust repeat delay and repeat rate of the character by clicking on drop-down arrow and dragging either towards the long or short and slow or Fast.
4. Check your adjustment by testing inside the testing box.
5. Again, Adjust cursor-blinking rate by clicking on drop-down arrow and moving either towards slow or fast.
6. Click on Apply.
